Scope of work

The move‑out checklist

Standard single-visit service covers units up to one bedroom. Larger units are scheduled across multiple visits, agreed on before work starts.

Included

  • ✓ Appliances, inside and out — oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher
  • ✓ Inside every cabinet and drawer
  • ✓ Baseboards, door frames, switch plates
  • ✓ Closets, including shelving
  • ✓ Window sills and tracks (interior)
  • ✓ Light fixtures and ceiling fans
  • ✓ Full bathroom deep clean — grout, behind the toilet, exhaust vent
  • ✓ Walls spot-cleaned for scuffs and marks
  • ✓ Floors vacuumed and mopped, including under movable furniture

Not included

  • – Exterior windows
  • – Wall painting
  • – Carpet shampooing
  • – Garage, shed, or yard

A cleaning gets you deposit-ready — it isn't a guarantee of your landlord's inspection outcome. Pre-existing damage, staining, or wear are repair matters, not cleaning ones, and stay outside the job's scope.

Pricing

Simple, hourly, honest

$50per hour, 15‑minute increments
  • 3-hour minimum ($150)Covers setup and drive time on smaller jobs.
  • Walkthrough isn't billedI photograph the unit's condition first — that part's on me, not the clock.
  • $50 booking depositHolds your appointment and is credited toward your final bill. Refunded only if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cash, Cash App, or direct depositPayment due when the job's done.
